Solpost Rosat is an explosion of fresh, ripe fruit. From the start it surprises us as a lively, mouth-watering wine, fully expressing the intense Garnatxa Negra (Red Grenache) varietal aromas.
Viticulture and Enology:
Xavi Peñas and Pilar Just.
100% Red Grenache.
After just 8 hours of cold skin contact, the must is then bled off using the Saignée method. At this point of optimum colour, it is fermented for 16 days at 16ºC.
Solpost Rosat’s fresh strawberry colour attracts our attention. Its vivacity lingers in both the nose and on the palate, revealing an intensely fruity wine which is also ripe and refreshing. A wine to be enjoyed as soon as it is released.
